Farida AL Raisi

Farida AL Raisi is a strategic HR consultant with over 20 years of extensive experience in leading organizational transformation projects and delivering impactful consulting, coaching, and training sessions across the GCC region. She has been instrumental in localization programs in both the UAE and Oman, leveraging insights that have shaped her deep expertise in HR consultancy, change management, and coaching.

Dedicated to developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, Farida’s expertise encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement through innovative programs.With strong leadership skills, Farida has successfully partnered with senior management to support business objectives and facilitate meaningful change, utilizing data-driven insights to inform HR practices and drive organizational success. Her work has led to tailored solutions and services that empower organizations to achieve their goals effectively. As a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation, Farida specializes in coaching senior leaders, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their potential




Praveen Pankajakshan

Praveen Pankajakshan, currently based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is a senior HR leader with more than 32 years of experience across various industries, including retail, banking, IT, and consulting. He has held key HR roles in companies, such as Lighthouse, BankDhofar, Reliance Retail, IDBI Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Datec Corporation USA, Parasrampuria Group, and the Leela Group. Praveen has been instrumental in building large HR teams and establishing HR functions in startup environments, particularly within IDBI Bank and Reliance Retail.

In addition to his corporate experience, Praveen is a co-founder of Talbrum, a company providing HR technology solutions, and a partner in Talent Carriage, an HR shared services company. He also serves as an HR advisor to ApMoSys, a performance testing and monitoring company based in Mumbai; Mind Carter, a psychological consulting firm; and AssessHub, an assessment solutions provider.




Anupama Jha

Anupama Jha, a seasoned Behavioral and Leadership Facilitator with over 20 years of experience, specializes in Behavioral Skills Training, Leadership Development, and Mental Health. She is a certified International Stress Management Professional and focuses on personal growth, change management, communication skills, leadership development, and emotional intelligence. With a strong psychology background and research-driven insights, Anupama excels in understanding human behavior and guiding individuals and teams through performance improvement, resilience-building, and career transitions. She has worked across diverse industries, including education, banking, IT, manufacturing, and government, consistently fostering personal and professional transformations. A passionate advocate for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, she has empowered thousands through her seminars and workshops, delivering actionable strategies for well-being and leadership.
