Praveen Pankajakshan, currently based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is a senior HR
leader with more than 32
years of experience across various industries, including retail, banking, IT, and
consulting. He has held key HR roles
in companies, such as Lighthouse, BankDhofar, Reliance Retail, IDBI Bank,
PricewaterhouseCoopers, Datec
Corporation USA, Parasrampuria Group, and the Leela Group. Praveen has been
instrumental
in building large HR
teams and establishing HR functions in startup environments, particularly within
IDBI
Bank and Reliance Retail.
In addition to his corporate experience, Praveen is a co-founder of Talbrum, a
